The full-course cost against your budget. No bonus for being far cheaper.
Whether the university is in a country you prefer.
Whether it's a university you've said you prefer.
The city's climate against your climate preference.
Teaching language against what you're comfortable with.
University hostel availability against your hostel need.
The same inputs always give the same score. No randomness, no hidden adjustments.
If a published minimum isn't met, the score is capped, so an ineligible option never looks like a good fit.
Being far cheaper than your budget earns no extra points. The cheapest option isn't automatically the best.
