Before you apply
- Passport valid for the full first year abroad — ideally longer. Apply early; it is the most common delay.
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets — clear scans of originals.
- NEET-UG scorecard — the official download.
- Passport photographs — check the size each country requires.
After you receive an offer
- Birth certificate, often with attestation or apostille.
- Medical fitness certificate, sometimes including specific tests.
- Bank statement or sponsor letter showing funds for the first year.
Before your visa appointment
- Police clearance, if requested by the destination country.
- Signed offer letter and proof of fee payment.
How Medgo tracks this
Each document moves from requested to uploaded, in review, then verified or rejected with a reason. Your counsellor sees the same status you do, and parents can see progress without editing anything.
